To carve 36 needed columns we began with a stone slab cut to square shaped columns. |

On the lathe we adjusted on the table to get an exact 90 degree angle to the blade of the saw. |

Quickly the columns are shaped by the slow moving table. |
The columns need to be cut to length at installation time. |
